Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item to us.

To be eligible for a return your item must be intact, unbroken, and skincare products must contain at least 50% of the original volume. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@saltboxdallas.com. Please note that returns must be received within 30 days of purchase at the following address using the carrier of your choice at your expense. Alternatively, you can request a return shipping label from us and we will deduct $14.99 from your return amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, products missing over 50% of original volume, or subscription items.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on skincare items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
